Founded by Amy Oughton, an award-winning UI/UX designer with a remarkable journey in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors, The UX Clinic is dedicated to transforming technology through human-centered design. Amy's personal experience as a type 1 diabetic fuels her mission to improve lives with technology.

Amy's journey began with the founding of Dream In Color in 2012. With a vision to deliver design solutions that empower companies to measure performance, leverage data, and provide superior services, Dream In Color quickly made its mark. Amy's leadership and the team's over 60 years of combined development experience have generated significant ROI for their clients through the Ideal User Behavior Methodology.

    Talisha Shine is an experienced Information Technology professional, Tech Evangelist, and GBA Certified Blockchain Consultant, who combines her 20+ year IT experience to provide a full-scope perspective on all things techWith a focus on venture building, acquisition, and support, she pursues these efforts as a former Director of Operations for a healthtech venture studio, 1x Founder, and former CTO & Founding Member of The 10K Project. Notable accomplishments have been her recognition among the Top 100 Black Leaders in Blockchain, selection as a delegate for the 2021 & 2022 National Briefing of Women of Color in Blockchain and current service on the editorial team for the open access peer-reviewed journal, Blockchain in Healthcare Today (BHTY).

    Doctor to Clinical UX Strategist

    Dr. Gyles Morrison is a Clinical UX Strategist with a 10-year history in healthcare. Starting as a doctor in the UK, he’s a keynote speaker and now works internationally to help UX professionals and healthcare companies make products and services that are valued by clinicians and patients. His areas of interest include digital therapeutics, healthcare behavior science, UX strategy, organizational change, UX maturity, and professional development.

    Dr. Hillary Hines is a Clinical UX Designer with over 4 years of experience in healthcare. Her experiences working across a wide variety of specialties inspired her to be an agent of deep and sustainable change which propelled her to pursue Clinical UX Design. Her areas of interest include healthcare productivity and efficacy and optimizing the patient-healthcare relationship to improve patient outcomes.
